Next day deliveries are available for orders placed before 12 Midday from Monday to Thursday. Same day deliveries are possible within central London. Please contact hello@lpol.co.uk if you require this service.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders placed within Europe are estimated to arrive in 3 - 5 working days and the rest of world within 7-10 working days.
L P O L will not be held liable for any local custom duties or taxes for your goods upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In-store Returns
For orders placed in store you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in an unworn, undamaged condition, along with the original packaging and a valid receipt of payment.
We would also be very happy to exchange your product for a different size, colour or style provided the new item is equal to or more than the value of the original item purchased.
Online Returns
In line with Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange for orders placed online. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to inform us that you wish to return the item, and a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods in person or by post.
Returned goods will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure they are in unworn, undamaged condition along with a valid receipt of payment. Please note, we are not able to cover the cost of your returns postage.
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned goods, and process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
The last order date to guarantee delivery before Christmas is 1PM on 21st December in the UK, and 1PM on 20th December for the rest of the world. Please contact hello@lpol.co.uk or call +44 (0) 207 704 9064 for any queries.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should there be anything wrong with your order when it arrives, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement of your product(s).
